Remote Telemonitoring
Our telemonitoring devices allow a Sta-home RN to monitor a patient’s blood pressure, heart rate, glucose levels, and other important information quickly and easily from a patient’s home. In real time, the device sends the information to the patient’s physician and allows for a two-way flow of information between doctors and patients.
Handheld Electronic Records
Point of Care, our handheld electronic records system, allows our staff to conveniently access and update a patient’s medical records whenever and wherever they need to, so that up-to-date records are available to our offices and our patients’ physicians at all times.
Online Portals for Physicians
Sta-home provides convenient and secure online access to our patients’ medical records (charts, vitals, etc.) via HomeCare Connections. Physicians can log in to their appropriate portal from our home page.
