All you have to do is ask your doctor for a referral. It’s that simple. You have the legal right to choose the home health or hospice provider of your choice, even if your doctor initially refers you to another agency. Doctors can refer patients by calling our toll-free referral line, 1-800-STA-HOME.

When a patient chooses Sta-home Health & Hospice, we check to make sure we are a preferred provider with his or her insurance plan. If not, Sta-home Health & Hospice will recommend a home health or hospice agency that is, to help patients receive the maximum benefit from their insurance coverage.
